The Greatest Leader The purpose of this paper is to show that Jesus Christ was the greatest leader of all time using the Army leadership requirements model. Jesus had an unwavering character, was always present, stood up to authority without backing down and led from the front. Jesus built his ministry from one to billions of people around the world on morals and ethics that he set as the new standard. Jesus inspired and encouraged his followers through questions and parables, he developed his disciples so that they could spread the ministry themselves. Jesus achieved his mission of spreading his ministry and saving the world. My personal growth and leadership philosophies are from the teachings of Jesus and his Spiritual guidance to help me along the way. I strive to make my legacy like that of Jesus Christ.
My Leader’s Attributes The Army describes the attributes as such. Character is the values and identity of the leader. Presence is they leader’s outward appearance, demeanor, actions and words. Intellectual Capacity is the mental and social faculties the leader applies in the act of leading (Headquarters, Department of the Army (HQDA), 2012, p. 6).
