The drug use in Mexico is a topic that has been really analyzed and discussed lately. A lot of people are against and a lot of people support them. It is a complicated topic due that in Mexico the drug war and the drug cartels are present in our cities. Since the legalization of cannabis in some states of the US, this topic has risen in Mexico. Drug dealing in Mexico has been present in our society from long time ago, and trafficking between the US and Mexico has been risen a lot. Also, blood, violence and deaths are present in Mexico due to all the drug dealers that fight and kill other people for payments or anything related to this problem. The government instead of being supporting this type of laws and trying to legalize drugs, should make an educational plan for youth and teens, and explain them what are the negative sides of using drugs. To increment plans against the use of tobacco and alcohol within minors, and to actually enforce the law of compsuntion, which is 18 in Mexico. Countries like US, actually enforce this law, and the compsuntion of alcohol and tobacco within minors is really really low. Another negative side effect of the legalization of drugs would be the increment of violence, because people who do not have money to buy drugs, would steal or kidnap people for money to spend it on drugs.
