SUMMARY
We are in the process of expanding our business, we looking to expand to other
Canadian cities. We are exploring cities like Calgary, Vancouver, and Edmonton.
As result of rapid growth in this part of the country, we decided to open new locations. Therefore, in this memo we will elaborate our strategic plan on how we will continue to expand our business. However, constant challenges might make it complicated for a bit.
ORGANIC GROWTH
We are experiencing an organic growth that lead to customer base expansion.
Although our market has been growing substantially out west, has a result of new investment we will be able to manage this growth with better result.

BUSINESS EXPANSION TO NEW LOCATION
Since last year, we have been looking toward new locations out west. Calgary for example, Where we recorded are strongest growth, There’s an internal migration from other part of the country going towards that city. A significant amount of Canadian are still relocating to Calgary despite the economic downturn. Edmonton is another city with a booming industry, relatively close to Fort Mcmurray it gives us a great opportunity to venture to a smaller market that is expanding very rapidly. Fort Mcmurray is about 4 hours north of
Edmonton, We have been to this region in previous years, numerous potential customers have been asking for our services. We are paying a close attention to that market, we cannot ignore the fact, that they will be playing a pivotal role in
Alberta economy for the next years to come.
