Justifying the need to hire people is always going to be challenging to present to the CEO. Convincing people is not an easy task, especially when adding a new position is going to increase fixed cost among the company. However, when a person is well prepared and has sufficient evidence to justify a change within the current process the acceptance from others is better received. EasySpa has proven that it has no signs of slowing down. On the contrary, the firm continues to grow and hire more employees. Their motto is to become the top rated day spa in their region. Meaning, the CEO must do what is right for the continued success of the organization even if it means hiring additional personnel. For example, people who do payroll are familiar with payroll software; they can add, modify, or implement new changes in the payroll process. A compensation specialist is a person who is highly trained in the area of negotiating salaries. The person must possess a substantial numerical talent, strong analytical abilities, detailed orientated, exceptional communication skills, managerial skills, discretion and ethical orientation. All these qualities are now needed in the Human Resource Department since the labor force continues to expand.
