Marijuana use to be known as being a very dangerous drug and if someone was caught with it, it would lead to very serious consequence. Recently scientist have proved the true benefits of marijuana making the benefits outweigh the risks in many occasions. In order to truly understand the importance of marijuana and the positive and negative effects it has on our society we must take a step back to the first siting of marijuana used for medical purposes.
