Human Resources Issue:

The first courses of action in this situation, I inform all the senior executive of the human resources department that the information and the ideas of the minority members were not considered in the meeting committee; the final suggestions report can be manipulated by the members of the committee. When the individual shows the article to the managers he/she did not respond with a reasonable or concern answers. He tells, "If you think we've got time to go through every carton of milk to check, serial numbers, you're crazy...I don't have the time or the money to worry about such minor details." This a bad ethical behavior of the manager; instead of finding a way to work together with the employee to figure out what container of milk is contaminated he refuses to understand the facts and the social consequences.
3) What would I do? One course of action in this particular is I would call the food administration department and let them know that restaurant wants to put a food that can be dangerous to the public. I will personally never come back to this job again because a restaurant is to serve people the highest quality food that's why customers are paying. In all, the best course of action in this situation is stop working let know any organization of food the actions this manager is doing that can cause a social crisis.
