A Lot of schools need more teachers’. The world needs teachers. Being a teacher will help students become more successful in their education. That 's why I want to become a teacher so I can help students understand the concepts of learning different material. That 's why it takes time and effort to finish a task from where you start.
Such as a teacher that you do not like, it is always going to be easier to learn with the teacher you like. Me in Gryffindor would make me learn way better. I mean c’mon its logic you always do better in a class you feel comfortable in. Easy going teachers are teachers that you can get out of things easily. Bad teachers you do not like so much u kinda feel like ur being snared when you get in trouble.
As a future teacher, I will always have good intentions for my students. I will recognize their abilities and encourage growth while having a positive approach. I will teach in a variety of ways that is beneficial to my students. If they are having difficulties learning the material, I will change my teaching strategies until progress is achieved. I will include every student; the quiet will be heard, the misunderstood will be redirected and the gifted will be rewarded.
Sure, there those teachers that are bad and will try to harm others, but then there are the other kinds of teachers who will do anything to help out the students with whatever they need help

I have learned a great deal from reading this book and I hope to implement a few of his ways in my future classroom. I can relate too many of the stories that have been told in this book because this is real life in a school environment. I would like to break my summary down chapter by chapter.
Finally, there is a lot of unfair logic, for example, if students are not paying attention and are bad students. Some of them are bad test takers or/and overwhelmed by the frequent tests. They would get a bad grade reflecting on the teacher and it might be a very good teacher. Even, if it was a bad teacher and the student studies and are smart. They might be masking a not so good teacher.
