Hello Lazarus: I think you have a pretty good and strong thesis. three reasons that are starting each one the three paragraphs of the body of your essay. Based on my essay feedback teacher said essay needs to be based on the ethos pathos and logos on the CDC website. Just make sure your following that path and review the teacher’s feedback on your first draft. Doing this will give you an idea if what you wrote is good or if something needs improvement.

I think, mostly the selected words suit to the academic writing style, and they are appropriate to its rhetorical situation. However, through changing the selection of the words, I repeated the same contents unconsciously. Therefore, to avoid repetition, in the revised paragraph, I tried to deliver only the important message in one sentence. In addition, to put all information into one sentence, I had to choose the simple and the most suitable words to explain the information briefly. Also, when I focused on the rhetorical situation, I noticed that I should pick up some formal terms in order to make these sentences suit to the academic essay.

I took the time to write out an outline for this essay to help manage the chaos that is my writing, unlike my other essays for the course. As I said before, I have learned to question the structure of my paragraphs. From the beginning, I laid out a clear path that my Justification video needed to follow.
I chose this topic because I find it really interesting and because I already had some knowledge about it beforehand. To kick start the process of writing this essay, I have used many sources to gain knowledge. Re-searching for example in books, websites, articles, essays and even a series. When doing desk research, I found a lot of sites to which I had to be critical when selecting the information, considering the point of view from which it was written, the origin of the source and its reliability- as they could be biased.
ENG-122 Reflective Essay My writing process has changed tremendously over the course of this class. I feel more accomplished, confident and I feel sometimes that my ideas and thoughts just come in to my mind out of nowhere and I start writing about anything now. I pay attention to my punctuation and grammar more as I have polished them more now, not only when I write but then others write as well.
