Benjamin Franklin, born on January 17, 1706, is one of the Founding Fathers who helped draft the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States. He was also known as being a scientist, printer, politician, and many other things. He was born in Boston, Massachusetts. Benjamin is known for a lot of things, and he had been a part of shaping the world to what it is today. His love for his country kept him fighting for what was right.

Many of his inventions such as the phonograph, motion picture camera, and DC (better known as direct current) have helped shaped the world; but the invention that made Edison well known is the invention of the incandescent light bulb. But unlike the other two innovators I listed above, Edison was mainly the only one that seemed to care more about the money and fame then the progression of the world.
