RECOMMENDATION I recommend that fellow employees who aspire to be influential leaders and reputable managers should pursue such programmes so as to gain knowledge and understanding of how to manage their resources and drive the organisation in the right direction. However, there are certain areas which I feel they need some improvement regarding the administration and the courses offered. The following are my recommendations; 1. As part of the research process, I recommend that the students should be asked to submit a research proposal instead of a project report at the end of the program. This will give the students an opportunity to prepare for their dissertation and have a feel of what is expected in the event that they decide to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

I am currently in the second semester of my junior year at Ball State University. I chose to pursue my interest in management and economics at Ball State for multiple reasons. First, BSU offers an excellent program for my majors, Business Administration and Economics. Second, I have a very strong connection with my family; Ball States location – forty five minutes from my house – made this connection maintainable. Finally, I love the vibrant campus filled with a variety of personalities from around the world.

The Amontillado: The Amontillado is a symbol of sin, specifically glutton. The Amontillado tempts Fortunato throughout the story, just like sin tempts people everyday. The Bells on Fortunato’s hat: The bells on Fortunato’s hat that jingle consistently throughout the tale symbolizes the passing of time as Fortunato and Montresor make their way deeper and deeper into the catacombs. The bells could also signify Fortunato’s approaching death, since bells were often used to signify someone dying in the past.

Harmonizing business courses with opportunities such as internships and studying abroad at the Smeal College is perhaps the most pivotal way in which I will explore my academic endeavors. The chance for me to major in Risk Management with a concentration in real estate and minor in international business is particularly enticing because I will have the opportunity to learn from situations where I will be forced to think on my feet; the leadership skills that I have learned thus far from National Honor Society and from my real estate internship will allow me to succeed in doing so. Likewise, international travel is a way for me to enhance my knowledge of business on a global scale; by traveling, I will become globally conscious,
After completing three semesters at the USC Marshall School of Business, I have more clearly defined both my short-term and long-term career goals. The Business-Cinematic Arts program at Marshall has inspired me to pursue a career in the entertainment industry, and it has introduced me to facets of the industry I had previously not known about. After taking a BCA class taught by talent manager Danny Sussman, I am interested in talent representation. In the short-term, I hope to intern at a talent agency or management company during the 2017-2018 school year. The BCA program’s internship requirement has also helped me narrow my career ambitions.
This surprised me because I’ve never thought of becoming a manager and taking a global management position. This is something that I’ve learned and that I took consideration into. From this course and this assessment I learned that everyone is capable of becoming manager. It takes a great amount of knowledge and skill and people are able to develop these. The final assessment that I took was the individual ethics rate assessment.

Therefore, we must learn how to interact with one another in appropriate manners for each interacting individual. For instance, I have always been timid when working with a physician, because I am stuck on the idea that he or she may be too intelligent for me. I believed that we did not have compatible minds, so communicating with an individual such as a doctor would lead to lack of comprehension to my end. Therefore, uncomfortable feelings may arise, leading to a lack of collaboration. This scenario clearly changed, due to the fact that the physicians whom I have worked with have shown me otherwise, and prodigious teamwork has driven from there.
When I graduate I would like to work for a company that has global operations and potentially someday have the opportunity to work in a country outside of the United States. This experience would help give me an understanding of what it would be like to live and work in a foreign country in order to prepare me for future endeavors. I have chosen to take Intercultural Communication and The International Business of Sport during session one and Italian Cuisine and Modern Architecture during
