the light rail will impact heritage, noise, and also vibration, planted trees the landscape and the visual including traffic and transportation socially and economically and the property and the land use there is even problems with mitigation strategies for biodiversity, air quality, contamination, even soils utilities and services including hazard and risks among bushfires among other risks lots of trams have had the trauma of hitting pedestrians because of pedestrian wasn't watching where they were walking or the tram driver was not looknig in front of the road for pedestrians crossing the road. animals habitat will be destroyed to make way for the metro light rail so they have to find a brand new home when the construction starts for the metro light rail if the projects gets the green light for construction to commence of knocking down the trees northbourne avenue and getting rid of some canberra businesses along north bourne avenue.
