Education was expensive for the previous generation because students had to pay an exorbitant tuition. However, education is common today as many teenagers and kids get social welfare to avoid any tuition. Perhaps it gives an opportunity for everyone to study, but it probably causes students to stop putting any effort or treat their education seriously. In " Education Is Not A Luxury," Stephen Joel Trachtenberg expresses the majority of students treat their education insignificantly which is affected by the traditional culture. Public supposes schooling is not treasurable, just the " part time occupation."
