By creating an advert using its prime demographic as women it is relatable as the advert discusses problems that troubling problems that can be solved from using the product regularly without the damage from an ordinary hair straightener so it pushes the product from being better than anything currently on the market. By evoking humour in the advert as it discusses the upset from getting presents no one wants GHD has the opportunity to save girls from the distress but it will also look good on their partner buying them a good Christmas present.
