During the journal 1 assignment, I discovered these personality traits and learning styles: - Reflective - Sequential - Verbal - Sensible In a career, STEM or otherwise, a worker must reflective, diligent, and thoughtful. When working with coworkers, an employee must be patient, cooperative and understanding. I would like to be a chemist, and I found some traits of chemists and compared them to my own traits. Table 1: Chemist personality traits, traits shared by chemists and I, and my personality traits. Green is how the different trait can be beneficial. Red is how the different trait can be harmful. I will not be able to understand concepts that can be explained better visually than verbally. Sequential I will be able to identify what step in a process was preformed incorrectly. I will not be able to get away from the sequential order of a process and look at the big picture to comprehend where the process went
