I believe there is no such thing as a universal flaw. That flaws are only existent in the critic’s eyes, and nonexistent in the criticized. If everyone is different, wouldn’t our views and preferences vary as well? The obvious answer is yes, so why do we pretend that there is truly something wrong with someone when we know that it could be the reason that somebody else prefers them? Evidence, from personal experience, and from the many people that I have met over the years have brought me to this belief, and have since reinforced it.
