A telephone survey was conducted in order to better understand the shopping habits and demographics of those who shop in Springdale. There were 150 participants in this survey who were asked questions regarding their shopping habits and preferences, what they perceived as strengths or weaknesses for each of the shopping areas, and also some personal information.
