2. Limited "reach" due to the sociopolitical situation we operate within.
3. Limited source of funding for specific thematic areas (infrastructure) as a result of policies in the occupying power.
4. Fundraising is not sufficient compared to the organizational ambition and aspiration for the reach of most vulnerable and affected target group.
5. The MEAL component is not well covering the scale of operation and is limiting organizational learning.
6. The supply processes in the organization has limited capacity to respond to larger procurements during emergencies.

My recommendation to the SMT (senior management team) is to:
1. To conduct a value chain analysis
2. Expand the donor/private funding base that SC acquires.
3. To diversify the funding and approach private sectors as well as Arab gulf areas.
