Although he is not a traditional historical figure, I would want to meet Vincent Van Gogh. I would settle for just being in the same place as him. I'd look at him and just smile. Maybe if I were lucky enough to be near him I would compliment his work. I'd call his style brilliant and innovative.
As I stretch out across my bed, all ready to turn in for the night. I looked over at one of my many posters in my room. My favorite artist, Vincent Van Gogh, painted the emotional piece The Starry Night. I’ve always admired it because I felt as though I was there with Van Gogh, staring at the night sky. Andy Warhol Andy Warhol was one of the most popular and prolific artists of the 1960’s and the rest of his time as an artist. He started out as a very successful magazine artist as well as an ad illustrator who then moved to become that influential artist of the 1960’s we have all seen. When Warhol was 8, he contracted chorea. During that time his mom Julia Warhola, an embroider taught him drawing lessons. I didn’t expect that Warhol first learned drawing in this type of condition.

Conversation circulating among art students have always been about the movement throughout art history, the technique used, distinctive style and of course, artist’s notable masterpieces. The name that inevitably surfaced the most is none other than the iconic Vincent Van Gogh, also known as Vincent Willem Van Gogh. Possessing absolutely zero knowledge about this prominent figure in the art industry is ludicrous which personally am ashamed to be a part of it, hence the reason why he was chosen for this essay. Born in Groot-Zundert, Netherlands on March 30th, 1853. Vincent Van Gogh was a post-impressionist painter whose work was noteworthy for its allure, emotions and indisputably, its colour.
Education in poverty-stricken areas is a luxury that many people do not receive and has always been a fight from the beginning of Mississippi’s historical roots. The battle for adequate education began over the issue of segregation and continues to hinder teens’ ability to learn. One of the reasons that education is unsatisfactory in many parts of Mississippi is because education and poverty are interrelated. Poverty has a negative impact on the student’s achievements and academic success and puts them at disadvantages for their futures. Although Mississippi is notorious for its major issues, the correlation of poverty and education have persisted as some of the most pressing issues that require immediate attention.
