What is your vision of "customer service" in a position such as this in an institution of higher education?

My vision of customer service in an institute of higher education is always providing students with the necessary tools to be successful. Being accessible and available in assisting students to complete testing that will allow the student to move forward in their quest for higher education.

What interests you in this position and how do you think your prior experiences and interests prepare you for it?

My interest is this position is sparked from my personal drive to seek higher education. I have experienced higher institution testing and in most cases received excellent customer service. I would return those experiences to the
