Walt Disney, the man behind the mouse, want to start a company to fulfil and create a visual for children to believe. The visual he had set up to create was not only for children, but for adults to find comfort and joy in during the times of war. Walt Disney has many titles from magician to an artist but we don’t often hear philanthropist. With the same creative vision and passion used to create movies and build Disneyland, Walt added the element of compassion to help those in need. Disney was and still is considered one of the greatest people of the twentieth century. Around the time the world was in chaos while entering WWII, Walt worked hard at making the world around him a better place. In the early years of Walt Disney, he’s always had an interest for art and would often earn money by selling his work. Pursuing his dream, Walt started a path of studying art and photography. The passion that Walt had for drawing, cartoon, and animation soon enough sparked a new revolution in early woks of media. In 1919, the dream to become a professional artist prevailed; this caused Walt to relocate to Kansas City to start his career as an artist. Having the talent of a graphic designer, Walt lacked what was necessary to create satirical newspaper cartoons. Therefore, the attempt in Kansas City came to an end do to the unsuccessful event that he had. Walt’s hopes and dream did not stop there. Disney struggled for eight years in and out of jobs but remained hopeful through his times of struggles of failed ideas. It wasn’t until May 15, 1928 Mickey Mouse came to the scene. At first, the audience did not enjoy the first scene of mickey on screen. Walt did not give up there, and like always he remained hopefully and continued with his dream. Six months later, Walt introduced ‘steam boat Willie’ and the idea went
