Hello, and welcome to Jr. High. As an eighth grader, I have some tricks up my sleeve that might help you on your long journey through school. In Jr. High it may seem hard until you get the hang of changing classes and using your class time well. This paper will be filled with hacks of how to learn as much as possible, how to stay organized, and finally how to stay social throughout the school year. I think that you will find these tip and tricks very valuable throughout school, and wish that I had them during my sixth and seventh-grade year.
First and foremost I believe that education is one of the most important things to have as a young adult. To be able to get the most information out of a lesson is key, so here are some ways to do just that. Always have an open mind, and be ready to learn something new every time you walk into the classroom. Why is that important? This is important because you need to know how to enjoy school, and how to spend time with friends, especially now that there are phones around. First, get out of your comfort zone! Do something new and get involved with the school! Whether you do sports, ASB, drama, or even help out with yearbook! Also, don’t do dumb things! Like once again, not Chromebook at night, not getting your homework done until the morning it’s due or getting in unnecessary fights with friends about little dumb things. Stay out of the drama, it’s not worth it, saying I’ve gone through so many different scenarios with many different types of drama. It does open new experiences but it may just hurt you in long run. So my advice is to just ignore the drama, don’t start the drama, and don’t be in drama. It just makes your final years here more enjoyable, and
