Leonardo Da Vinci
Leonardo da Vinci was a painter during the Renaissance. He was trained by a master named Verrocchio. He was discovered to be an amazing artist when he was finishing a small angel in the corner of his master’s painting. Verrocchio said to Leonardo that it was better than anything that he had ever painted himself.
One day the duchess and duke asked him to design something. She wanted him to design a play for her. He didn't want to do it because he still needed to finish a painting, The Last Supper, and because he needed to finish the mold for a statue. He said yes anyway. He did everything exactly how the duchess wanted. He made a spinning planet, lit stars and flying angels.
After the show, Leonardo saw a boy steal coins. He met him and learned that his name was Sully and that he also wanted to be an artist. He also found out that the boy had no parents.

He finally found a person that was stealing.
One night, Sully and Leonardo woke up to a fire. When they ran outside, that saw men destroying a statue that he had made. He was very sad when he saw it shatter in front of him.
When Sully and Leonardo traveled to Florence, Italy, he stumbled upon someone that he new from Florence. His name was Michelangelo. He began to tell him how much Florence had changed. Leonardo was very confused.
One day Leonardo went to the castle and met the duke. He said that he wanted Leonardo to do what he had done for Milan to Florence. He said that the wanted to see fine art there. When Leonardo asked for marble to make a sculpture, he said yes.
In his free time, Leonardo sketched ideas for helicopters. He liked to try and invent things,too.
Leonardo and Michelangelo did not like each other. Michelangelo thought that Leonardo wanted to steal his marble. Michelangelo did not trust Leonardo, even when he was trying to
