1. Qualifications (tertiary degree) in Project Management, Natural Resource Management, Water, and/ or another related discipline and at least three years demonstrated relevant experience or at least seven years demonstrated relevant experience.
I have over 13 years’ experience in Project Management including Natural Resource Management and Land and Water Management such as river restoration.
My qualifications include Training in Project Management, Bachelor of Applied Science [Parks, Recreation and Heritage], a Graduate Certificate in River Health Management, Media Training – How to write Media Releases, Community Engagement Training, IAP2 Training and other relevant training.

I ensure I allocate the right people with the right skills to undertake the duties. I source contractors when necessary ensuring they have the required skill level.
3. The demonstrated capacity to plan, coordinate, organise and deliver work in a self-motivated manner.
I have planned and implemented projects, including currently the Wangaratta Flood Study. I work with the local community, Council, Chief Executive Officers, managers, technical personnel, the Indigenous Facilitator, Department of Environment Land Water and Planning [DELWP] as well as the State Emergency Service.
I planned and implemented the Lake Omeo and Morass Wetland Management Plan, liaising with the Benambra Community, to achieve on ground works. I am currently writing a book with the community on this project.
Over the thirteen years in Project Management, I have managed multiple projects and I am self-motivated and I keep the team motivated and on track. I have always finalised projects on time and within budget.

My interpersonal skills are excellent including, presentation, consultation and negotiation and I work effectively as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and with community based groups.
Each project I undertake I consult with all stakeholders, including the community, landholders, government organisations, team members, Chief Executive Officers, Indigenous Facilitator and technical staff to ensure that everyone is involved in the process and is aware of how the project will affect the community and landholders.
I facilitate and chair community based groups and just recently I did this for the Wangaratta Flood Project.
My team skills are excellent and I work collaboratively with other team members, willingly sharing my knowledge and expertise. I promote the importance of knowledge sharing for the benefit of the organisation.
I have one-on-one consultations with landholders, discussing the project and if there is any conflict I work out a compromise which will satisfy the stakeholder and the
