Do you know what your responsibility to America is? Every American has a responsibility to America. Whether you are a soldier risking your life everyday overseas, a teacher teaching our children about our extended history, or a police officer risking your life here at home to save your fellow Americans. Everyone has a responsibility. My responsibility to America is to defend the three most important rights we have, life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
The right to life includes access to employment that will provide the basic needs of the citizens. And this right is something that we need to improve. It is our responsibilty as citizens to be able to provide for our families. We need to be as educated as possible to prepare us for jobs which will provide income for all of our neccessities without government aid. An educated public will have a stronger voice. This voice will be able to make descisions which will effect the lives of all citizens in positive ways. To keep our democracy going all citizens must believe that their life matters.

Freedom is more than just a word, it is actions, it is feelings, it is the ability of being able to choose your own life. In the US, you have the opportuniy to pursue any occupation you may want to hold. In other countries such as Germany and Japan, the students must pass a test to determine whether or not they are allowed to move on to a secondary school for higher education. Freedom also means being able to speak your mind without being scared of government repercussions. But, liberty is not unconditional. You may not infringe upon another citizens rights.
