Memo
To: Ms. Donnley, Director of Employee Communication
From: Aafrin Vahora, Employee Communication Manager Subject: Encouraging employees to participate in the Whirlpool Corporation wellness program.

This will help reducing their fear of confidential information getting disclosed. By doing this program, the reputation in the market will increase and also highly qualified employees will get attracted more than before. Improvement in employee health will reduce the cost of health care, disabilities, and absenteeism, increase employee productivity; as a result, it will increase profitability and lastly reduction in turnover.

Some way of advertising this program includes developing the website, sending beneficial e-mails, text messages for reminders, podcast to let the world out, health care pamphlets, branding a name logo for easy recognition and a face-to-face meeting with employees.

I have attached the letter as per your instruction. Hope it will help us for the successful start of this wellness
