One of the biggest evidence they have against Adnan is the call logs. Host Sarah Koeing repeatedly stated how these logs were one of the biggest determining factors in whether Adnan was guilty. During both the trial and the interrogation, the logs were used to corroborate where Jay claims he and Adnan were that day. It should be noted that Jay is an important person in this case. It is his retelling of the story that wound Adnan in jail for first-degree murder. In his version of the story, he is the only one who can fully account for Adnan's whereabouts, however, his claims of the “hours between noon and six pm on the call logs do not match Jay's testimony” (Episode 10). The state is very Adamant that Hae Lee was dead by 2:36 pm that day, which is smack dab in the middle of when Jay's story does not match the call logs, so how does Jay know Adnan committed the murder? …show more content…
