It’s Romeo’s Fault! Do you know the story of Romeo and Juliet? William Shakespeare's famous play has taken many different forms over the hundreds of years it has been out. But there is one crucial question that seems to be unanswered. Who’s fault is it for all the tragedy, pain, and heartbreak? I am going to give you my conclusion which is this. Romeo is the character most to blame for the tragic events in Romeo and Juliet because he acted out with his emotions, he did not orchestrate his relationship with Juliet well, and he caused great grief and pain at the end of his sword. Romeo is the most to blame for the events that occur in Romeo and Juliet because he acted out with his emotions. His brain was not fully developed and he acted out on his emotions more than his brain. We can see Romeo acting out on his emotions is Act 2 Scene 2 where Romeo scapes death and major injury to see Juliet which at that time he barely knew her. Romeo supposedly fell in love with Juliet at first sight. He didn’t know her or anything about her and almost instantaneously he wanted to marry her. This shows immaturity and he didn’t know how to control the relationship in a correct manner.
