This paper explained the reasons why some women considered getting an abortion. Many women get abortion because of variety of reasons. Abortion is unwanted pregnancy and you will see in this paper why women are getting abortion because of financial problem, some of them are not financially stable to raise a child especially if they do not get the support they want. Other women either got rape or they were force into getting an abortion. You will learn how many people misunderstand a woman when they hear that she an abortion. Some women get abortion because they were either force by the husband/boyfriend or by their parents. Sometimes if a woman got pregnant for her husband or boyfriend, they might not want it. So, they force the women to get abortion. They tried to fill the women minds with many reasons to abort the child, just because they not ready to take the responsibilities that come with it. Parents force their child to abort their baby especially if they young because they think that she is going to ruining the family by getting pregnant at a young age and they are worrying about what other people think about them as parent. Parents might also force their child on getting abortion if they do not like the guy that their daughter is pregnant for. A Clinique also force some women on getting abortion because they want to earn more money. As the price of getting an abortion is between 300 to 1,700. (Kruse, 2014). Some women might be in a happy marriage, but they got pregnant the doctor say that they have an issue with the baby, which is called fetal defect. Fetal defect is a condition that occur at birth with whatever cause. The child might either have physical, intellectual, or developmental disability. Now women made the decision to get abortion because they do not want their child to go through that or themselves. They could have the baby, but it might cost a lot. Children that have down syndrome health care cost 12 times higher than normal child. (Cowan, 2015). Sometimes if a woman has fetal defect, it is not because she does not want to have the child. It is because she is not financial stable. In some case, some women use fetal defect as an excuse to get abortion. There are 5-8% woman in South Korea, Thailand, and Taiwan and 8% women in America use fetal defect as an excused to get abortion. There is also 14-16% women in Czech and Sri Lankan have decided to get abortion just as an excused of fetal defect. (Bankole, Singh & Haas,
