There is great controversy over whether or not libraries should have a mission statement or to let the consumer decided what they want. Although there are pros and cons to each of these theories both are quite useful. Many people view libraries as a useful resource to heighten their education. This includes but not limited to history, food recipes, math skills, grammar or even test taking.
