Over the last two years I have wanted to continue my education so I decided to look up several different masters programs. The MBA program that Ohio University offers fits me best I will learn the most important information that will help me succeed at reaching my goal of becoming a Chief of Staff at the Veterans Affairs. This program is a prefect two year program that will help me finish in a timely manner. I really enjoy that Ohio University offers all this program online that way I can continue my job with the VA and start understand what it takes to run this company from the classes I will be taken.

Being the Chief of Staff you have to deal with a ton of different kind of challenges and changes that occur at the VA Hospital this course will help me develop those skills needed to handle these kinds of problems. This course will also help me tone my leadership skills to be the best and effective leader. The other course ethics would help me learn how to deal with bad issues that go on in a business and how do deal with those issues appropriate. I have taken an Ethics class before it taught me so much about what are good things to do when problems happen it also helped open my eyes about all the unethical issues I was missing. I did not realize all the unethical things companies and people do to save themselves instead of coming clean and fixing the problem the correct way even if that means losing a job. The course prescriptive analytics would help me prepare for the future with learning about how to collect and implement data processing. The VA Hospital is always collection data and tying out new programs for veterans this course will teach me what is working and what is not working. In this course it would help prepare me on how to input these new systems into play with in all the VA Hospitals. The VA does a lot of data analytics and getting an ahead start on it would be prefect for me
