Abortion, a termination of a pregnancy. An innocent unborn baby who have the right to life who aren't able to live because of one's selfish reason. Abortion has been a debatable topic for many years. It has had a negative impact on society. Abortion can cause heartache and psychological complications. Abortion should be illegal because it is morally wrong.

An unborn child have the right to live no matter the circumstances. Life begins at the moment of conception. According to author James D. Agresti, "Senator Marco Rubio declared it is a scientific fact that "human life begins at conception" ("Just Facts Daily"). Once an embryo develop, it have the right to live. In some states if an individual murder a pregnant women and the fetus dies, he or she is charged with double homicide. As reported by National Conference of State Legislatures, "In some states, legislations has increased the criminal penalties for crimes involving pregnant women" ("Fetal Homicide State Laws"). However in Florida, "Any person who while committing a crime causes the death of, or bodily injury to, an unborn child commits a separate offense and that the punishment is the the same as the punishment provided" ("State Homicide"). An innocent human being is being killed every time an individual have an abortion. Unborn babies experience intense pain during an abortion. According to Abortion facts, Surgeon Robert P.N. Shearin states that "As early as eight to ten weeks after conception, and definitely by thirteen-and-a-half weeks, the unborn experiences organic pain" (Abortion Facts). There are two ways to abort a baby, surgical and medical.
