If we argue in based on legality, Edward Snowden was wrong, because he broke the law of the country. Every country and their government made the law for country security and progress toward the development. Edward Snowden broke the law which irreparably harming US government security operation.
• Moral: Edward Snowden was right However, he was right, he has done nothing wrong on based up morality. Snowden felt that it was his moral duty, so he stated, “to inform the public as to that which is done in their name and that which is done against them”. (Bartleby.com, 2018).

Edward Snowden be back and should punish: if Edward Snowden back to home, the US government should be punished him based on government law. It makes realized other, breaking the rule was wrong and should be compensated based on law.

The Government should make Equity law: if the government make equity law, Edward Snowden should come back to the country and ready to accept for charges.

Pardon for his act: it is one of the good options because he was already public hero caused by his actions towards the public view. He is a hero shedding light on the secrets of the government and should be pardoned of all his charges. (Bartleby.com, 2018).

For me, he should go back and accept all of his charges. Because it is all about for country security. It already made the security level of country low, other country lost to trust to US government. However, morally, he was right so government make the equity law and punished based on it.
