When it comes to self care I find it helpful to group activities into four main categories - Physical, Mental, Emotional and Inspirational. Activity 2 I want you to think about these four categories and use the table to rate the areas in terms of frequency. Add any activity that is important to you that is not included. This self assessment tool has been adapted from work produced by Perlman who is an expert in the area of Vicarious Trauma and self care. Maintenance self care is the activities that you NEED to do to keep you going. These activities are your non-negotiables and should be added to your Naked Tool
