Why We Should Be Able To Grade Their Teachers

A teacher gets on their computer to see her evaluation. But it's not what they want to see. There are teachers all over the world not communicating with their students. Students grading their teachers can make the classroom a better learning environment, improve teaching methods, and students will communicate with teachers more. Students should be able to grade their teachers as part of their evaluation. By students grading their teachers it will make the classroom a better place. Student surveys are not to get teachers fired, but to get the teachers to work with their students more. By grading teachers it will help the teachers with their teaching method flaws. If teachers are being graded by their students it will help the teachers learn how much of an attention span each student has. By learning students attention span then they can know how to get certain students attention.

Because of teachers not connecting with students they have lower grades. Panorama education also said that they are trying to assess how well the teachers are helping and teaching their students. If the teachers help the students then the students grades will go up. If they also improve their teaching methods then students that struggle will learn at a better pace.
