Introduction
The modern organizational structure needs leaders at any hierarchical level of the companies because they have to build teams at any departmental and strategic echelon. The teamwork will provide the organizations with the ability to apply collective wisdom so that the decisional sciences within the companies can produce error free products as much as possible (Bulach, Boothe, & Pickett, 2006). The managers have to be leaders and vice versa are also needed in order to create an effective and efficient organizations (Abdelgawad, Zahra, Svejenova, & Sapienza, 2013). The leaders are useless until and unless they have followers. The followers of top managers are middle ones, and the middle ones have to guide line workers in order to practically contribute towards serving the organizational goals, and objectives. Human development is the backbone of organizational development. The intended change will not house an end result within itself, and therefore, the initiative this plan discusses is never going to end because the company will keep on facing new challenges, and opportunities so they have to continue changing in order to survive in the competitive industry. The philosophy of interpretation considers organizational setup as an organism that will adapt to its external environment in order to ensure its survival. The leaders have to develop political competencies in order to build their ability to lead others successfully. They have to be flexible as well because rigidness kills especially in the world of business. They have to do whatever they have to in order to accomplish their goals and objectives.
