There are many things you need for a successful business. Some things are the qualities of the product, the business leader, and a great manager. These are things that will help you business be a great and profitable one, Also they are a lot of other things than just three that will help you have a better business. Business depend on the quality of their product, the business leader/ owner, and a good manager.
A healthy thing for a business is having a great leader, and the qualities of some. Specifically, they can manage multiple projects at once to make sure everything gets done on time and completed to client (or company) specifications.” If your manager can focus and not get off tract of things she/he will get done more things and make you more money. Also another example for forbes.com states “Good managers are great leaders and high achievers, but the best managers? They like unique qualities about the company that might turn others off.” If you have a manager that likes to work and do a lot of projects you will earn a tone of profit and if you treat that manager good enough he/she will keep getting the work done.Also another great example that forbes.com gives is “Managers who have a good attitude during the workday don’t complain about projects that need to get done.” if you have a manger that likes to get the projects done and over with as soon as they can and don't complain is a really healthy thing for you business.
