For instance, a leader must be passionate about the role they play in order to inspire others to join them. Personal Leadership Paper Through the semester in Freshman Seminar (UCOL 1200), I have learned a few important things about myself and leadership. Leadership has always been important to me and UCOL 1200, has reinforced why by teaching me about myself. The first item I learned about myself would be my signature themes.
