As a minority, I am interested in employment equality even when it comes to application or interview I went on. Today with most companies some individuals have a hard time getting the jobs they want. Many problems as to equal pay, equal treatment, sexual orientation, as we know males get more money than a female tend to have more skills more power on a job than females.
