The article I am using I found on the internet it is a scholarly article from the website Tides, Inc. The author Mary Mwangi is a doctor, educator, and a tutor who has a keen insight into the benefits of diversity in education. The title of the article is called, “5 benefits of diversity in a 21st-century classroom”, Dr. Mwangi expresses the importance of different ideas coming for different individuals (5 Benefits of Diversity, 2012). She expresses the importance that just adding different students is not enough of a benefit you must nurture the differences to be successful (5 Benefits of Diversity, 2012).
