The autocratic leaders, also known as authoritarian leaders are the perfect exemplification of a clear line that divides workers and leaders. One of the prominent examples of the leadership is Indian Prime Minister, Mr Narendra Modi. His party has enjoyed the flavour of biggest ever win in assembly elections. The organization equipped with charismatic leaders has immense potential for innovation and creativity. The organization with this leadership suffer from one drawback.
