Manager leads to the liability of performing various tasks of management which includes planning, unifying, leading, and controlling. Most importantly, Manager considers their teammates as subordinates.

In a nutshell, Management is a process of forming, developing, leading and monitoring resources within an entity with the complete aim of achieving its objectives. The organizational management should be able to make decisions and resolve concerns in order to be both efficient and valuable.
