Consultation and benefits unit is responsible for the position classification processes, structures, and guidelines. The strategy to recruit volunteers will be through the organizations' partners which they have access to community groups that potentially will be interested in participating as volunteers for its programs. For instance, the school's students have the need to submit volunteers’ hours, which gives the organization an opportunity to provide them with a viable option to participate in a meaningful way. To motivate them to be part of it, it is important to lay out the benefits of the volunteer experience and what is the impact of the meaning work that they will be doing. The volunteers with more than one year history with the organization serve as a resource to leaders who seek training and development for their units or high-potential individuals. They provide individual coaching and focus groups work and work closely with the organization's managers and directors. Developing their skills is important to provide them with specialized training related with their role in the organization’s programs, activities, events, conferences, it will be ideal to facilitate training modules that the volunteers required to be more effective. The goal is that the volunteers become ambassadors not only for the program but for their community. ANNISAA strives to provide facilities, equipment, and training that will minimize risk to its staff, the general public, the environment, and surroundings. To do this, the organization has programs to address the issues of safety, security, emergency preparedness, and environmental protection. Therefore, understanding of and adhering to the safety guidelines will help everyone do their part to ensure a safe work
