"Satan loves to fish in the troubled waters of a discontented heart." This quote by Thomas Watson describes Abigail Williams in the drama The Crucible by Arthur Miller. Criminals in the world like to see blood or watch people die in a harsh way. Most of the time they are the ones killing because they have some kind of hatred in there life and they just go crazy and kill people. As the criminals get caught they go to jail and serve their sentence for the years they have in prison. Abigail does not like people in this story, she likes to turn everyone that she doesn't like in to the court for being a witch. I have watched the movie and I am now reading the book. Abigail went to dance in the woods with a bunch of girls and then all of a sudden the day after her attitude completely changed. First, she brung all the girls into the woods and they all started dancing. While they were dancing they threw stuff in a boiling pot of water and made a wish. First, she yelled at the group of girls for hearing what Betty had said about her and told them all to be quiet. When Betty woke up and said everything that happened in the woods Abigail freaked out at Betty and told the rest of the girls that they need to keep their mouths shut. Then she yelled at the people in court because they thought she was pretending all the stuff she has done because Mary Warren was forced to tell a lie. Marry got forced by John Proctor to tell that lie to save Johns wife. Finally, Abigail treated John like she owned him, she always told him that he was with her all the time and did things for her.
