Muscatine iowa is concidering building a public dog park in a residential area of the city. The park would consist of an acre of open land surrounded by a fence where dog owners can unleash their dogs for play and exersie. Sounds like a reasonable request to consider... but is it bound to be a burden for tax payers and the everyday life of a resident in the city or are we in desperate need af a dog park? In the city about 68% of city residents inhabits rental units.

cities. Housing is particularly affordable, and health care costs are on par with the national average. You might pay slightly more for transportation, groceries, and utilities, but the offset in real estate prices will help new residents feel financially secure. High unemployment rates might spark concern among residents of Calumet City, but this metropolis is convenient to numerous nearby cities, so it shouldn 't prove difficult to find work. Reasonably low crime rates and good access to education provide more reasons to move to Calumet City, especially for parents and young couples who hope to start a family [3].
Narrative: Kankakee, Illinois has so much potential for change. Kankakee is a 100% urban city in Illinois and is located about 45 minutes from the south side of Chicago. Kankakee has been known to some as a very southern suburb, but it is not. Kankakee is a part of a separate tri-city area and is not included in the southern suburbs of Chicago. I will always remember hearing a recording, years ago, of Jay Leno saying that Kankakee is one of the worst places to live.

If I were mayor I would… Make better highways so you don’t have to go all the way across town just to get to one place. Did you know that the highways in my town will not be completely done until I’m in college or so on? This is why I would be mayor of Sioux City wouldn’t you change that because it is causing people to risk their life’s trying to get to one place. In the morning you can tell there are a lot of traffic so some kids might be late to school, maybe your mom or dad might be late to work to. But the thing that just crazy is the things that people say the rudeness and the character that people are becoming.
