The evaluation in this section used by John is the evaluation of Alex’s dad as a lawyer. His dad as a lawyer is that he is a good and friendly lawyer. He is a good lawyer because he reduces Matt suspension and a friendly lawyer because he does it for free. He reduces his suspension so Matt can play again but, he can only be the designated hitter. Because Matt only misses five games; Matt is able to play the rest of the year. Also, because Matt can play again he helps the team by hitting home runs. Even though Matt can play, he can only be the designated hitter because he can only be the designated hitter he is not allowed to pitch. The reason Matt threw at the kid is because he was not thinking at all and because he was not thinking there was many consquencs to what had happened. Matt was not thinking because he was mad and because his head was in the game. Matt was thinking because he was mad and he was mad because the guy before the kid he threw at laid down a bunt to break up Matt’s no hitter and in baseball there is an unwritten rule that you do not lay down a bunt to break up a no hitter. Therefore when the kid laid down a bunt to break up the no hitter, he threw at the net kid up. He was also mad because his head was into the game. His head was into the game because he was not aware of the consquences, he did not think he would hurt himas bad as he did, and he was focused on winning the game. When he hit the kid there were many consquences such as the kid he threw at missed games and Matt was also suspended because he threw at the kid. The kid he threw at missed games because he was bleeding in the brain, which required surgery that was life threatning. The other consquence was Matt was suspended. He was suspended for five games and was only allowed to be the designated hitter and was not allowed to pitch for the rest of the year.
