Overview Alliance Resources Partners, L.P. (NASDAQ: ARLP) is a U.S. based coal mining company headquartered in Tulsa, OK. It runs mining operations in Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, West Virginia and Maryland, and began its operations in 1971. ARLP supplies a wide range of coal specifications including a range of heat contents, coal with low-mid and high-sulfur contents and coal with low-or high-chorine contents (“Alliance Resource Partners, L.P.,” n.d.)
