However in order to insure our ethics program remains relevant and effective, we undergo a thorough evaluation of our company's ethics program and performance using cyclical, comprehensive and documented measurements of compliance. This process aids our company in identifying not only the validity of our current polices and standards but also areas of risk. The audit of our ethics program is executed by the Ethics Oversight Committee (EOC), which is comprised of ethics officers, managers and at least one external auditor. This committee is appointed and approved by our board of directors. While the audit is completed annually, additional audits can be scheduled by the EOC at will.
