For the purposes of this discussion post four items will be addressed. These four items are as follows: 1st item- Establish your Code of Conduct In order to have an ethical culture in your organization that author suggests that you must have a code of conduct. The code of conduct sets the parameters that a business believes that are important to having the ethics “operationally defined” within the aspects of the organization.
