There are many ways I intend to apply sustainability, ethics, and corporate responsibility principles in my workplace. First, I have to incorporate the concept of corporate social responsibility into my operating plans and strategy.
So, in the workplace, I will ensure that I comply with the laws governing whatever the organization does and everyone will be fully in compliance with the laws as well. And regarding sustainability, it is necessary that I behave ethically while improving the quality of lives of all stakeholders. Everyone will logically be obligated to imbibe the principles of CSR towards the workplace and stakeholders. This corporate action will eventually lead to the community development and improved quality of lives of its citizens. Furthermore, will vehemently resist any known unethical behavior perpetuated within or outside the workplace. To that effect, I will institute an ethical code of conduct that will elaborately spell out what is expected from employees within the workplace and outside the workplace.
Additionally, to apply sustainability, ethics, and corporate responsibility principles in the workplace, I have to actively partner with the community and every stakeholder so that while the community benefits from the organization’s corporate social responsibility, the organization itself could enhance its profit-making responsibility.
