Animal Testing: Animals Deserve Love Not Pain Cries of pain echo around the room. Animals shoved in cages much too small for them to even cower in the corners are everywhere. It is quite obvious that not one of them has ever left the room they remain in now. One glance around the room is enough to tell that these animals have never been treated like the typical house pet. Yet at the same time, they look a lot like the neighbor’s dog, or a house cat. But these animals have never been treated like a typical house pet. Never been loved. Torturing animals that most people have as pets they love and care for is despicable and is beyond humanity. There are also multiple ways to test products and cures that do not involve cruelty, and that are even more accurate then animal testing. The animals who suffer through the pain of never feeling even a shred of love deserve to be saved, they deserve to be treated like every other pet in America, and most of all, they deserve to stop feeling the pain. There are multiple ways people can help to stop animal testing. Donating to an organization like PETA, or the Humane Society are two examples. Or, writing to an organization, for example, Head and Shoulder and L'Oreal do animal testing, to try to explain to them why they should stop. Imagine a world where no animal is treated insignificantly just because humans think they can do whatever they want. Imagine a world where when someone buys a product, they do not have to look at the label and see 'not tested on animals' written on the label while they think to themselves that it is most likely tested on animals anyways. That kind of world is a better world. A more peaceful world. The end of animal testing is just the beginning of that
